The Michigan Warmline is a statewide resource for Michiganders living with persistent mental health and/or substance use conditions. The Warmline will connect individuals with certified peer support specialists and/or recovery coaches who have lived experiences of behavioral health issues, trauma or personal crises and are trained to support and empower the callers. Callers can call anonymously.

COPE: 24/7 Crisis Walk-In and Phone Services 18+
See a counselor and psychiatrist same day when walking in.  Free and available to anyone who walks in. Can provide prescriptions and referrals to services appropriate for the person's crisis.   Also offers special services for First Responders 24/7 (first responders should call ahead).
