Northville Township Police Investigating Serious Vehicle Pedestrian Accident

On December 28, 2023, at approximately 5:30 pm, the Northville Township Police Department and Plymouth Township Police and Fire Departments responded to the area of Five Mile and Bradner roads for a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. The Northville Township Police are working with the Michigan State Police Accident Investigation Team to investigate the incident.

At this time, the pedestrian remains hospitalized with serious injuries. The driver of the vehicle is being cooperative with the investigation and there is no evidence of alcohol or intoxicating substances being a factor.

Police are not naming the driver or the pedestrian at this time.

The investigation by Northville Township Police and the Michigan State Police is ongoing.
