A new elevated 500,000-gallon water tower will be built at Legacy Park.

This brings:

• Significant savings on future water costs
• A decrease to the Township’s peak water demands
• Completion in 2024

In 2022, the Township Board approved the construction of the new water tower at a total cost of $8 million.

We are using fund reserves to pay for construction, which has been in the planning stages for many years and has an estimated 4-5 year payback.
