Please attach the following documents to each permit:

• Create a site plan with the proposed generator site clearly labeled. Include measurements clearly marked from the generator to the side yard and rear yard lot lines.
• Generator Spec Sheet for the generator you plan to install.

NOTE - It is the responsibility of the Applicant to comply with any and all HOA requirements.

NOTE - Ensure that the proposed generator site plan adheres to Northville Township Code for Noise Levels and Zoning Ordinances.

Please attach all items listed above to both the mechanical and electrical permit application.
