• Application Fee - $25.00 check made out to Northville Township
• Builders License
• Signed contract with amount of renovation.
• Two sets of Construction Drawings (if over 3,500 sq. ft. signed/sealed)
• Two sets of Plot Plans
• C permit (County Permit)
• Energy Calculations – two sets
• Energy Code Worksheet
• Soil Erosion permit (from the county)
• Truss Drawings (if applicable)
• Residential Request for Water, Sanitary Sewer and Sump Line Charges
• ZBA Variance (if applicable)
• Fire Suppression (if applicable)

Expected Fee Schedule

• Building Permit Fee will be based on construction value and square footage
• Plan Review Fee
• Refundable Bond $1,500
• Water and Sewer fees if applicable
